Shoya Japanese Restaurant
Shoya Japanese Restaurant is located on a lane off Little Bourke Street in Melbourne CBD. The restaurant offers Head Chef Shigeo Nonaka’s innovative Nouvelle Wafu cuisine which explores the culinary boundaries of Japanese and European traditions. Shoya is spread out over six levels, smokeless Japanese style BBQ on basement and ground floor, Japanese traditional seating on the first floor, sushi bar and chef’s executive floor and smokeless Japanese style BBQ on the second, karaoke rooms and executive club lounge tea rose on the third and fourth. Did we mentioned the beef spinach soufflĂ© (ox tongue simmered over two days with wine and sake then delicately rolled with spinach soufflĂ©) is not to be missed?
